| Day 1 Leave Sapporo or New Chitose Airport to Shintoku (or Obihiro). Take bus for Lake Shikaribetsu. Chill out at the lakeside spas. Try the open-air bath on the frozen lake. |

| 札幌または新千歳空港から新得(または帯広)へ向かい、路線バスに乗り換えて然別湖へ。湖畔の温泉宿で落ち着いた時間を過ごそう。夏は登山、冬は氷上露天風呂を体験できる。 | |||||||||||||||
| Day 2 Bus to Obihiro from Lake Shikaribetsu. Explore city park and garden. Take bus to Nukabira Gensenkyo Onsen. Getting into hot water. |

| Day 3 Explore around Lake Nukabira. You can enjoy skiing or snowboarding in winter. |

| Day 4 Return to Obihiro, change the train to Ikeda. Enjoy the wine tasting. Take train for Kushiro. Try the fireside-cooking (robata-yaki) or tasteful sushi. Night view of Nusamai Bridge is also good. |

| ぬかびら源泉郷から帯広を経て池田のワイン城を訪ね、午後の列車で釧路に向かう。炉端焼きや新鮮な海の幸に舌鼓を打ち、幣舞橋の夜景を眺めながらしばし物思いにふけよう。 | |||||||||||||||
| Day 5 Day trip to Nemuro by early morning train, enjoy the scenic views. Bus to Cape Noshappu from Nemuro. Eat the Hanasaki Crab or fresh saury, hike through the rural footpath. |

| 釧路を早朝に出発する花咲線の快速列車に乗って根室へ。バスで納沙布岬へ足を延ばしたら、名産の花咲ガニや新鮮なサンマを味わってみたい。午後は牧草地を行くフットパスをのんびりと散策。再び釧路へ戻る。 | |||||||||||||||

| Day 6 Excursion to Lake Akan by bus. Marimo viewing from sightseeing cruise. Feel the inspiration of Ainu. Soaking in hot water at Marimoyu. Stay in Akanko Onsen or return to Kushiro. |

| 釧路から路線バスで阿寒湖へ。観光船で天然記念物のマリモを眺め、アイヌの古式舞踊を鑑賞。公衆浴場に入ったら、阿寒湖の温泉宿に泊まろう。日帰りで釧路に戻ることもできる。 | |||||||||||||||
| Day 7 Take train to Kushiro Wetland. Arrive in Mashu, explore blue lake and around lakeside spas. |

| Day 8 Train to Shiretoko Shari, change the bus to Utoro Onsen direction. Explore around the world natural heritage "Shiretoko". Local bus runs between Utoro Onsen and Rausu from mid June to mid October. |

| 釧網本線の列車で知床斜里へ向かい、ウトロ温泉方面行きのバスに乗り換え。知床半島西海岸の景勝地を歩こう。6月中旬から10月中旬までの期間は路線バスで羅臼へ足を延ばすことができる。 | |||||||||||||||

| Day 9 Take bus to Abashiri via Koshimizu Genseikaen. Explore prison museum or take the drift ice cruise. Stay at the unique accommodation around Lake Abashiri or Lake Saroma. |

| ウトロ温泉から小清水原生花園を経て網走へ。博物館網走監獄の見学や流氷クルーズを体験がおすすめ。夜は網走湖畔、あるいはサロマ湖畔の個性的な宿でゆっくりと過ごしたい。 | |||||||||||||||
| Day 10 Get in Kitami by bus or train. Visit the Peppermint Museum and Pieron Memorial House near the train station. Take bus to Onnenyu Onsen. Famous for aquarium. |

| バスまたは列車で北見へ。ハッカ記念館とピアソン記念館を訪ね、路線バスで温根湯温泉に向かう。山の水族館は必見だ。 | |||||||||||||||
| Day 11 Take intercity bus to Asahikawa, or train to Sapporo direction from Rubeshibe. |
